About Devout Coffee

Located at 37323 Niles Blvd, Fremont, CA 94536, Devout Coffee operates as a coffee shop serving Fremont in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 7 am–4 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. More information is available on its website, devoutcoffee.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 1,208 reviews, which is a strong result for a coffee shop in Fremont and suggests consistent service.

Fremont is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Fremont is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Picked up coffees, sandwiches, and desserts from here as we were heading towards Napa Valley. Amazing stuff, each item so delicious that while travelling itself we finished all the eatables that we had purchased . A must visit for all dessert lovers.

Nice cafe with modern furniture. Can get busy and loud inside but the outside has such a beautiful view of the hills. Loved their salmon and hot chocolate. Would definitely return to try their other items.

If you're looking for a coffee shop that prioritizes absolute quality over mass produced giant cups, Devout Coffee in downtown Niles is the spot. It has easily become my go to neighborhood ritual. The Coffee & Eats: Their coffee is wonderfully hearty, and the variety they bring to the table is impressive. Whether I'm sticking to a classic, comforting cup of their house blend or opting for one of their rotating specials, like a perfectly dialed in Ethiopian drip or their unique orangeinfused specialties, it never disappoints. Yes, the serving sizes are a bit smaller than your average corporate chain, but the rich flavor and high quality roast make up for it entirely. And whatever you do, do not skip the pastries. Their freshly baked almond croissants are easily the best around, insanely flaky and perfectly crispy on the outside, while remaining beautifully soft and pillowy on the inside. The Atmosphere: The vibe inside is cozy, lively, and full of character, heavily anchored by a beautiful collection of thriving houseplants (though I did recently offer to water a struggling pothos back to life, fingers crossed it makes a comeback!). Once a plant Mom, there's no going back πŸ˜†. When

What a nice quiet part of the Bay Area with some character. I enjoyed it. Cappuccino was a little pricey, but still 5-star good. Plenty of parking about 3 min walk away. The worker said "thank you" which makes it above average in the Bay Area. So I like it!

I’ve had hundreds of coffee drinks around the world and this one is in the top three. The Guatemalan bean espresso had notes of blueberry and malted grape candy, and the frothed oat milk was perfectly silky, cozy, and delicious. I grabbed some freshly roasted beans, too, to carry back home. I also ate the salmon toast which was divine. Succulent ribbons of smoked salmon on a smear of cream cheese, thinly sliced cucumber, and tart pickled onion, topped with dill and crunchy onion straws, all on top of thick-crusted pillowy sourdough toasted to perfection. I don’t how this place doesn’t have 5 stars other than you do have to wait for good coffee, but it is totally worth it!
